Multi Split Air Conditioning

One outdoor unit — up to five indoor units. Multi split systems are perfect where outdoor space is limited but multiple rooms need individual climate control, with different zone settings across one building.

Multiple Zones, One Outdoor Unit

Multi Split Systems

Condition Multiple Rooms from One Outdoor Unit

Multi split air conditioning systems allow one outdoor unit to be connected to multiple indoor units — typically up to five — via copper pipework. Each indoor unit operates independently, allowing occupants in different rooms to set their own temperature.

This makes multi split systems an excellent choice for buildings where outdoor space for multiple condensers is limited, such as city-centre offices, apartment blocks, or buildings with strict planning constraints. They also simplify installation by reducing the number of roof or wall penetrations required.

  • One outdoor unit serves up to 5 indoor units
  • Each room/zone independently controlled
  • Ideal where outdoor space is limited
  • Reduces roof penetrations vs. multiple single splits
  • Suitable for different climate needs across rooms
  • Brands: Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu, Toshiba
